The hotel is located far away from key places, which can be inconvenient. The rooms were clean, but they charged extra for a clean room. The service was extremely disappointing, with rude and disrespectful behavior towards a pregnant lady. The hotel lacks many essential services and facilities. The Welsh pastry at dining was a pleasant surprise.
